The topics I have discussed here are not the whole of what I what to say. There is just too much for a single book. I have plans to continue to write about other issues that crop up in the games industry.
Many of these topics include further insights in online gaming, social gaming, diversity, region restrictions, the gaming press and the hardcore/casual divide.
Even then, my observations of the games industry will not be over. New topics come up on a regular basis. Old issues we thought were decided come out of the shadows. And other topics just need to be reevaluated. Gaming is a constantly changing lifestyle and industry. One can only hope that it doesn’t become stale and stagnant.
